Hi I am new at this. I bought the Dreambox 500s and had it programmed but am having trouble with the installation. We get the EPG and the banner on the bottom with the program name and signal strength but are getting the message: No service. Can anyone help us?

Use the satfinder function/option in conjunction with the satellite configuration, when you get the diseqc settings set up correctly you will get a lock on the satfinder function.It is a hobby so mileage may varyComment

and make sure that you forwarded the LNBs corectly.If you conected the first stelite to conection 1 in the setings menu of the Dreambox sould be : version 1.1
