Depending on your dish size 92% - 94% is about as good as it gets on BBC World 1.0W Thor. Some of the images have Astra as 28.2E and others have it as 28.4E. You could try editing your transponder settings and change it from one to other, I am sure I did a post on this somewhere.

Some people could say you may have delimiter on your motor to prevent it going past a certain point but I couldn't really believe that could be true as I think it does not lock on because you don't have the right co-ordinates. A real long shot but you could make note of all your settings and then do a factory reset on your dreambox. After the reset reconfiguire and copy all your files across and see if that works.Comment

Yeah it cant be that mate as I used to own a darkbox and could get itv and bbc hd etc on 28e EASY!
Soa factory reset on dreambox and then re-input my lat and lon may do it? How do I make a backup of my image with all scanned settings/channels and my original co-ordinates etc mate beforehand? And does afactory reset on my dreambox mean I'll have to re-flash another image again??Comment

A factory reset will get rid of configuration but keep the image on the box. Here is thread for backing up dm600.

Im first going to try new jade 3 image mate and failing that I'll try a factory reset. Im literally tearing my hair out at not being able to lock on to 28.2e, it's sooo frustrating!!
I can see my dish moving as I went outside, and have been trying to lock it on to 28.2e since 12.00 today, Im at the end of my tether!

AT LAST! 28E LOCKS!
I ended up flashing a new image JADE 3...and finally, after I entered my LAT and LON I can now lock on to 28e. It's only taken me 3 images and about 10-hours of tinkering, but hey- I got there in the end!
Now then....Ive already had a test cline and now I want to get more involved with CS.. exciting aint it!Comment
