hi when i tried to flash d500s i got message error resetting lock bits what can i do

what you need to do is reflash it with dreamup useing a null cable and uplugging all other cables then when you start dreamup put the power plug back in

I think that error is from Dreamup.

Try doing a Flash Erase TWICE before trying to flash a new image.

Or there's an 'erase' image in the download section, try flashing that and it should reset everything.

Hi i just had same problem untick network.

i have the same problem using dreamup just getting error resetting lock bits, anything else i can do, got onto supplier they said the box was working fine and its a software problem, am stuck help

Hi did you try what i said above.When dream-up is on screen with the flash option look at top left and check the network box is unticked.It worked for me and let me flash my box again.
