Check lyngsat for the transponder info and just scan those transponders.

can i delete all channels on 28 and re scan and how to do this i dont want to do a factory reset

Then your dish is misaligned mate.
Only other thing to do is delete the transponder and try again but sounds like misaligned. Are all other horizontal channels ok? if not lnb issue.

every other channels fine 98% quality 97% level on dish so should be ok on motorised set up other sats ok

Well it clears perfect for me on that tp. Try reloading a channel list. 98% qual and 97% level is pushing it

vpids rescan, delete those 2 channels first.
