i have just download cccam 2.1.3 i am just wondering if i have to put all 5 files on dreambox 500s with flashfxp or just one file and where do i put it? i have tried var/etc but no joy

Not sure what image you are using but I always download CCcam 2.1.3 via the image server. If you download the CCcam thru the image then you should find that it installs CCcam for you and also places a file called CCcam.cfg in var/etc. The CCcam.cfg is the one you use for inserting all your lines. I always copy the file to my pc and edit it and send back to dreambox.

do i need cccam on already. i have downloaded it off net and tried doing it manually but no joy and i have press blue and i goes to db switch and i cant download thou image.im sick of watching bbc and itv

Hello there.

Can we have some more details please. What image are you using and why can you not download from the image server? Basically you should do this:

-On your box, go into the addon panel and install cccam
-Now there should be a CCcam.cfg file if you look in var/etc via FTP
-Edit this file with your cline
-Restart the box and start cccam
-Should work

i have download 2.1.3 cccam via blue buttton but still no picture only free tv channels. how do i get 2.1.3 cccam to work, do i go into softcam settings ? how do you change default cam to 2.1.3cccam

You just need to change the default emu to be cccam 2.1.3

On Nabilosat imags, blue button and from the drop dwon menu you select cccam 2.1.3 andn green button again to start cccam 2.1.3

CCcam is a cardsharing cam and if you don't have any clines to input into the CCcam.cfg file than all you will recive are free to air channels.

i have put cccam on dreambox i am getting fta channels i click on sports/films and others and cccam doesnt seem to work i have flashfxp which is talking back ?

The Pli image is a little bit strange compared to most other images when it comes to cams. If you go into the download cams menu you will notice that there are two options for CCcam, one is called CCcam 2.1.3 and CCcam Config 2.1.3. You need to download and install both of these to your dreambox. The CCcam Config 2.1.3 is the CCcam.cfg file which can be found in var/etc folder and this the file where you need to insert the cline. If you don't have a cline then majority of the chnnels nowadays are all encrypted and unavailable.
