Activating Setanta Ireland sub on 2nd receiver

Hi Guys
I currently subscribe to Setanta Ireland and alternate the card between my Sky Box and 500s.
Recently Setanta told me that I could have a sub on a second box for free for 12 months.
They sent me out a new Sky viewing card and I plan to keep this in my 500s .
I tried to get the card activated this evening but I dont think it was successful.
Can I put it into my Sky Box to activate it or do I need another Sky receiver or will it activate in the 500s ?
I put it in my own Sky box ~7pm and it said "This viewing card is not authorised "
After a bit Setanta Ireland came on so I put it into the 500s.
Later on Setanta Sports 1 came on but Setanta Ireland went off.
Now both channels are off and say "This viewing card is not authorised ".
Any ideas what to do ?

Phone them up and tell them. You need the BoxKey from a box which the card is paired to.
