I am thinking of getting a Slingbox to stream to a PC, anyone knows would it work with DM500?

sling box works very well with anything you connect to it.

if the DM is to be viewed over the home hetwork, you can stream to the pc using the connection to the router.

yes works good but you may need to teach it for the remote control, last time i looked they didnt have the remote for the 500 also makesure you have a good upload speed at your location for the dm anything under 0.5 and you will have a grainy picture

I wont to get Slingbox Classic, would that do for streaming to a PC in bedroom loncell?

if youre just streaming within your home network i would say use one of the streaming tools of just the web interface by typing in the ip addy of the box in your browser. you will need to have VLC installed on the pc.
