dreambox 500 card unknown

i have installed pli 3 on box got box key for white card and added it too config 2.14 but when you see info says card unknown or not inserted

iv used the boxkey generator and its correct but 3 dreamboxes will not read the white card any help on this thanks

have you started cccam?

yes the card goes in and faces downwards and iv added the 2 in downloads ie cccam and the cccamconfig too 2.14 and allways keeps saying card unknown

you have downloaded them but have you started them menu>setup>softcamsetup> provider and default softcam should read cccam2.14>save and restartcam.

i done what you said and still the same it just will not read the card says unknown card , where can i buy a reader for the 500s, pheonix smartmouse or any other reader

Well I had this where it just says NDS card with no entitlemnets?

If so the card probably hasn't been activated, I know this because I had to do this on Sunday and talk to Sly to get them to activate the card. I notice however that the entitlements now say until March 2010, which is odd because it's my FFS card.

Anyway, they activated it and 4 hours later I had Fiver, Five US and the rest.

tried another image with pli 3 and all sorted now reads the card , now the problem i have is that done scan set it up as port 16000 port shows success and done the scan and get most channels but cant view movies or sports but shows bravo and liveing so getting them so cant work out why not getting other channels? the card i use in another server has the same entilements and shows all is there something i have not clicked on? iv reset cam shows entilements
