sky movies not working

hello
i am a newbie to this forum so please be gentle with me.
my sky movies all channels not working. b4u and zee tv as well not working. but sky sports is working and other channels are working fine like playhouse disney, etc.
reboot already and still not working.
any idea why and what i should do?

read up on nagra3,it starts with movies and asian channels going then more and more.=no fix for n3
