So after all that is anyone point me in the right direction to my free tv.

As i am a hard working individual who doesnt want to make the rich richer and the poor, poorer. Dont know about you mate but not everyone is made of money. Its not my divine right to have free tv but if there is a way to obtain it I would rather than paying &0pounds a month.

If you want free tv m8, you just need a dish pointing to Eurobird 1 & Astra 2A/2B/2D at 28.2?E

The latest white sly card a digibox and you will get all the freesat channels from sly here.

There is no 'free tv' m8 all there is something called cardsharing which will give you access to tv but if you want to get it free than you need to spend hours and hours reading and googling for the information. If you want a shortcut then you pay someone to give you access to cardsharing which will then give you 'free tv' so really there is no such thing as free tv.

well im a complete novice at this,but think im in the same boat as you,in that i have cable but have gone to sat.so think im right in saying that on a fixed sly dish you have to have a subscription to receive anything worthwhile.the only other way is cs and we cant talk about that here.you will have to google it.there is plenty of info out there and its easy enough to do.i flashed my dm500s with pli jade image and found that really easy to work with.

you could get by with a sly dish , and cs on sly uk only , It aint free tho mate ,A good site for all things CS is cs.kings , some verified payservers on the site too , some are charging in the region of ?20 p/m , free 24 hour test accounts are provided by most providers .

I'm in the same boat too with VM going off -
I'm not too bothered about TV, I just want the football.

I posted about a week back and was informed if I get a dish 80cm pointing at either 16oE or 39oE I would be able to pick Bulsatcom sat up. This shows EPL football, and United are on there often which is good enough for me.

Bulsatcom official cards are around ?199 for 12 months, but atm it's open with a 'gamma card' as far as I am aware.

Gamma cards are about ?60.
