I have managed to see something also on Web-if, but HD channels die immediately. Wonder if my PC (athlon 2dual 2.3) is not too weak...

The problem is that after installing I can see nothing when I use Firefox and Internet Explorer it shows "Waiting for video". Is there any solution?

I've been recording programs from the dreambox to a NAS. This is almost impossible and is way to slow. very choppy video and hangups on the dreambox. i'll now try the Ngrab method....

HI I'm trying to setup dreambox to watch TV thru internet (IPTV) I would like also share my tv content with my next door neighbor who has dreambox 500s. (server is on my home PC)

Thanks a lot for this guide,

It's extremely helpful , in fact it's the only guide I read that really explained step by step and now my recording is fully functional.


The only concern I have is the movie file size. Every minute I record is around 32MB on my HD.


Is there a way I could bring down this number? i'm getting HUGE movie file sizes for every hour I record.

Looking for something to stream over the internet with tried Tunisiasat software but does not support the DM500HD any ideas please.
