cant get dreambox500s to work

i have just flashed my new dreambox using dreamup 1.3.3.4 and used the nabilosat darkstar 11 image all was well download sucseful, ok so i power of the box connect scart to tv on turn on tv,but i get nothing the tv just says no signal as if sat not connected ?

Change on Gemini is the best software for DM no any problems anything.

i have downloaded dreamup and tried to flash the box with images,once i done this ive connected to sky dish and plugged in scart and the tv but get no signal the tv i useing is just a small 19" lcd but i cant even get into the dreambox menu is that right at this stage

if i plug the the dreambox in and the scart from the box to the tv should i be able to access the boxs menu ect ?
