FTP Problems

Hi all.I have found the key and scce files I need but when I transfer them to the dreambox 500+ the scce files go across and I can acess them in the root menu but the key files when transfered show up in the ftp software as having been transfered but dont show up in the var/keys file, I have looked all over this and other sites but have been unable to find any help.Can anyone assist please. Thank you.

I have just checked and I seem to have a lot of files on the box that show up on the ftp software but not in the dreambox root folder,is this normal?:

I use Ipswitch FTP & can view all the files in any directory with out any problems once they are transferred.

If you can see the files with your FTP prog telnet to your box & use the ls command folder followed by the directory you want to view

i.e ls var

Telneted dreambox and files showed up so they are in there.
