Assign Remote Control number to a channel?

Hello,

I have an DM500 with the nabilosat darkstar II image. I used DreamboxEdit to create my own "Provider" with my favorite channels.

Is there a way to assign a number to a channel so when I press that number on the remote I will go to the channel I want. So this way I will have numbers from 1 to 50 with my favorite channels, and when I press, say 8, I will go to the channel I assigned number 8.

Currently the only way I can move between channels is with the up/down arrows, or pressing OK and using the list. (Pressing a number expects the full 4 digit number of the channel, which is not very helpful for me)
