got a problem with 16 east with my dream 500 will not scan get lock then nothing when scanning ,all other sats ok ,do you think its the sat xml ,running pli image

Are you in the NE of England by any chance,16.0E been naff for a couple of weeks now,I know one of the satellites they had trouble with & replaced it with a temporary one & it's been crap ever since, i just tried all the 16E channels and cant pick any of them up
