Cheap clones have problems with this you must be careful where you buy from as you get good quality clones and bad quality its hard to tell where to get them from but you must return to your seller for exchange box looks like a memory problem

Try a different image mate, i had this problem with some darkstar 2 images, my cheapy clone doesnt like some of them.

i thot darkstar 11 was an enigma 2 image? which wont work on a 500s?

I use dark star 2 on DM500S which is Enigma 1, I had similar problem and fixed it by reimaging the box. Try to image it again if no joy then as suggested in the previous posts it is hardware issue.
