USING DB500S WITH QUAD LNB ON A MOTORISED DISH PITFALLS??

Hi

I want to use DB500S with a quad lnb on a motorised dish. The dish is driven by the other sat box so but have a direct feed from LNB to DB500S so when I go to 28 I got all of 28 east by doing a search on the db500s. All well and good but I then moved dish to 39east, select one lnb and d/l all the channels but then the box locked up so lost. What did I do wrong and whats the solution?

Can I just d/l a channel list from 30west to 42 east and where do I find it?

still a noob so on a learning curve.

Try this mate. Create your own sat xml file that you can FTP over.

satellites.xml generator / transponder .ini generator

thanks for reply, I created a list went to FTP and DOH! where do I put list?? ie which dir? and wil it delete my existing l list for 28east??
