dm500hd freez on setup menu

hi all, has anyone ever encountered this problem with a dm500hd as to when the box starts up it just hangs on the setup sreen... is there a fix ? or is it the box that is faulty

15:39:09 Calculating checksum...
15:39:11 Uploading file to box...
15:39:23 box is flashing from its memory...
15:41:34 OK, flash-copy succeeded

box seems to be f**ked as still does.nt boot into anything ?

all fixed... remote was on tv and not dream... basically all i had to do was press the dream button and all was fine... doh! i feel a right one ... big thanks to wizard satellites for pointing this out to me
