    DM500 FTP Component not Ready

Hello everybody I have a problem with my dreambox dm500, I have gemini 4 on it, i try to install cccam on it manual (beacause blue panel doesn't work hangs on 21%) I connect via DCC it says telnet connected ftp connected but when i try to send the cccam package it says FTP component not ready, one thing i noticed is that the whole ftp system is not as quick as it should and i can't use the web interface. I tried to flash it with Pli Jade2 with cccam via Flashwizard Pro 4 but after connected it hangs on 0% when it says sending. I will try flashing via dreamup as soon as possible but i haven't got the right cable now

    Thanks in advance

the problem is i can't flash it via flash wizard pro, i have to use a null modem cabel but i can't at this moment.
I now connected the dreambox via crossover, it connects ok but when i try to send a file it connects and disconnects some times and at the end it will not copy the file for the full 100% to dreambox

why can you not use flashwizard pro, you must be doing something wrong or is there another problem, best thing to do it,
factory reset it, then flash it using flashwizard pro, setting have to be correct for letting flashwizard to work, then install cccam plugin as usual from the gemini plugin menu, and then try using dcc using correct ip, hope this helps,

flashwizard might not be working if your setting inputs are incorrect, like the ip, username, password. the default username and pass is

username"root" password"dreambox", ethernet cable, is the ethernet cable connected to the box directly, or router, there maybe an IP conflict in your network restricting your dreambox connecting to the internet. check if your dreambox is connected to the internet, if your using gemini, go to addons and gemini server, if an error comes up then your not connected to the internet, if no error message comes then your connected. thats all i can say
