    New Dreambox 500s owner says thanks!

    Had a dreambox for just over a week now, prompted by a number of things I have read on this forum. Thanks to the questions and answers on the forum I've managed to get it all set up and am frankly amazed at what it can do for 60 quid. wanted to sort it out myself before asking the same old lame questions.

    As a newbie, tried a few images, but found it easiest to get what I need with Nabilosat Darkstar II and cccam. A bit of patience (and reboots) is all that is required.

    Now downloading a bouquet provided by one of your good selves.

    Next stop a motorised dish! The skys the limit.

          Hi there westkill, i am sorry to jump in, but i am wondering if you could help me. I just bought a dreambox 500hd and i have connected to the tv, but i have been told that i need to download an image but i dont know how to do this. is there a link that takes me step by step on how to do this? Please help i am a newbie with satelite boxes. Thank you in advance.

                  im just trying to get into it myself. but if you look at the sticky's in red & that should help. a lot of reading but worth it
