Help with streaming from my PC to My TV

My Dreambox 600 PVR is connected to my home network. Now I have a lot of Movies that I would like to view on my TV. Can you please direct me to a link where I can find "simple instructions" to be able to see what I have in my PC.

Two things you should know: I am not using Hard Disk in my DB600 because of heat problems. I can Stream from DB600 to my PC using The magical VLC.

or it can be done iia the webinterface , type in your ip address of the dreambox in your webrowser
