    viewing channels on web page

    I want to watch channels on my DM500 on the DM500 web page so I connect my firefox to the ip address of DM500 and login, I see the Nabilosat web page but if I double click on any channel to view the channel through the web page nothing happnes, VLC is installed. Also if I click on any channel and click video tab in the browser I get dialg box asking me to select a sub menu and the channel does not appear.

    What wrong am I doing here? I don't want to use mFaraj or Tunisia progarms but I want to want to watch using DM500 web page.

      You may have to use one of those m8. The 500 is a bit hit and miss on streaming using vlc.

          I used them but they often crash after 15 minutes or so or if I kepp flipping through channels. I thoughrt DM500 web page will be less resource intensive and more stable. Thanks mate.

              just a thought ,maybe you havent installed the VLC activex plugin which is essential for viewing through your net..
              by the way,, vlc also crashes from time to time.....depending on streamtraffic..

                  Try DreamBox ShowTime Player PluS Ultra Light Edition by yassinov , I have been using it for a month now and it works great.
