Glitching pictures

Anyone help what i noticed that channels are glitching avery 3/10mins depending on what channel i watching in the evening i noticed that it gets very bad. i am using a pay server. i spoken to someone who got me the pay server. he is using the same server himselft and hes confirmed that he is not getting problem. any advice how over come this problem
