if using desktop you need one of these rs232 null modem cable 9pin female to female
if using laptop you will need one of these also rs232 serial adapter cable 9pin male to usb and join the 2 together
you do not need to rewire, in the uk we can buy these from a site called ebay very cheap i dont know what you use in albania. good luck -
