5oos & motor problem

hi
i recently bought my 500s , the installer configured 5E and 13E and charged me so expensive,
now i have a server that supports almost all channels in different direction ,
thanks god that the god damaned is not available in my area anymore.
and i have 2 set the different directions which is done with remote and the db
because my dish is positioned correctly,and i need help just for configuring the box to recieve chanels from all directions,
please if any expert who reads this thread please post help contents or even web-links that contains the instructions:

if you have a motorised setup can you not go into the tuner settings and activate another sat like 19.2 e ,is it set to advanced settings
then got to manual scan and scan that satellite
