cant lock Astra 19,2

Sry to bother u, but do u think u could help me a little bit about DM500s?
I have 100 cm dish, with USALS (Disew1,2 rotor) motor, everything cabled.

I have to lock the dish at 19,2 Astra to find all other sat, easy. But I cant lock Astra 19,2. The SNR: Is stucked and pending between 57-59 % and AGC is pendning between 87-100 %. I do not know what BER stands for, but that raises up sometimes.

Do u have any idea?

Your dish is not aligned perfecly, try ently pressing a finger to the bottom of the dish to see if the signal improves or if you get a picture.

ber means bit error rate and it should be at 0 mate courious 123 right mate your dish needs tweeked good luck
