Flicking and Frequency problems

Hi everyone, I'm using CS through DM500s and I'm experiencing a few problems, firstly the channels are flicking so the picture isn't clear, also sky keeps on changing frequency for other channels and the only solution for this that I have found is by scanning it again, is there any other solution, can anyone please help me

The flicking could be a number of things, it could be the c/s causing the issue particularly if its a large c/s, another issue could be the dish isn't fully aligned, is it fixed or motorised ? as for the freq change, I haven't noticed this at all, but it only takes a few minutes to scan not a big issue when your the recipient of cheap sat channels
