Something burned on my DM500S and doesn't power on...

I mean, my Dreambox DM500S doesn't turn on (even leds, nothing) and I opened it and I saw 2 pieces named in the PCB L404 and L405 near the power voltage input burned, but I don't know what value the resistor is... Can somebody help me? If I can, I will put a picture of it...

If somebody has the PCB components layout this will help me a lot...

The parts are surface mounted, do you have suitable soldering equipment to remove them? if not i'd just get a new one for ?50 also have you checked in the power supply to see if that is damaged , but if you do have the soldering kit or someone to do it then you could perhaps remove l9 and measure it as this looks the same part.
