    DM500s

    I am new to the scene. I have a dm500 which has a gemini 4.7 image pre installed. I am not picking up all the channels so i am hinking of changing the image to check out the others. Can you please let me know if the two images below are clonesafe and if they are the latest versions. Thanks.

    whats is the difference between the

      Those images are clone safe.The maxvar version of jade3 gives you 1Mb of extra /var space.

      Just changing the image wont get you any extra channels though.

                  There is nothing FREE anymore, you will need the services of a pay serv*r to get all the channels.

                      If you have the frequency's for the missing channel's,you can add them and do a scan.Or you could update your sat xml and ftp to your box with dcc and do a scan. Assuming you have a sub.
