no signal

when i started my dream box i have noticed red and green led acessed together and no signal in tv, i couldnt use remote control because of it didnt responde
i connect it with null modem cable to pc and said to me dream box is speaking with us.after puting the image ( darkstar2) this didnt give signal in tv didnt responde to remote and didnt find ip with dcc program
what is happend?
what can i do?

try reflashing the image again to the box might be corupted if no response from remote
or try pull the power lead see if it comes back
you need to go into setup comuncation or something like that to setup ip addresss

but i cant go at setup comunication because in tv doesnt see anything
the screen is blue and the led is green.when i go to dcc and try to find ip this doesnt give me ip to accept.
i pull the buton at led but doesnt respond

db is speaking it is alive
what does this mean?

It means it can communicate between DM500 and PC. Have you tried another scart, (if using one), or tried it on another TV?

yes i have tried another scart,but nothing.
what i can communicate with pc / db by dcc?
why dont find ip of dreambox?

U need to use a null cable and install new image again .. using dreamup as said before .. the ip could be anything if u cant view box on tv

when i mount a new image i use dreamup with null modem cable.
it said to me
ping result ok,box is alive adn speaking to us.

at the end said flashed sucessfully.
at reboot it doesnt give a signal and doesnt respond on remote ,or button near green led.after reboot green led stay on and doesnt change.

can anybody help me please????

That's a similar problem i have faced for almost 3 weeks now without a solution.

You can try some suggesstion as this might work for you, but from the look of it i very much doubt that. This is a very similar problem.
I have flashed box 10 times, green light comes on after any flash, no signal after leaving connection for almost 3 to 4 hours, and remote does not function.
All the same try the suggestions and please provide a feedback if you are successful

Sounds like the image you are using is corrupted. Try using a fresh image and upload via null cable.

I have tried that too flashing back to the old PLi image that I used before. But this has been to no avail

I have had a similar problem on my linuxsat Blackbox (DM500s)clone. I got past it using an older version of dreamup software. Worth a try.

i have tried Dreamup versions 1.1.0.0
Version 1.2.2.0 and version 1.3.3.5 and still no solution.. Thanks for it was worth the try
