satxml file channels ftp but no pic or sound

loaded satxml file to dream box edit and set up bouqets, movies music etc,sent to dm500s running pli jade,all list is there including bouqets i made ,,but no picture or sound as i move through list original channels are there and working 90% signal,i noticed signal bar is moving about for new channels 70-80% could this be problem ,do i have to move dish,,,i did reload settings to dreambox after i ftp list ,i also done a reboot,,no joy

motorised with dm800 in other room controling dish 90%signal on 28.2 all channels working with dream elite image,,dm500 can see all channels in list but no pic or sound on newly added channels, cable goes direct to dish from a quad lmb on dish,with pli image ,,do i set tuner config on 500 to single? i have 800 set to advanced on lmb1,
