500s tuner dead?

weird one , was testing a new 500s after a few hours the tuner seam to of died, I'm getting Sr 65% when i unplug the sky feed i get 65% Sr, iv tested it on 3 different feeds all the same, i tested a old 500s on the feeds and was fine
is there any thing i can do to fix the tuner?

well tuners are cheap anyways for a dm 500s u can simply replace it for a new one other then that i am not too sure

Yes, it's easy, you have to remove the old tuner from the slot and put the new one in place. The tuner ALPS costs more or less 50?...

hi.
all dreambox 500s in market its chaina . you think the problem in tuner .

20% in tuner damage
40% in resistance short
40% in diod not workink

first need to try to repair resistance (( very easy make jumbing in resistance. then try is working.

if not working go to next step:

second need to fixed one diod (4007) if not working
100% need to change tuner .........

its fine last nite for a houre then went again, today new image its up and running now for 90 mins

can a bad flash or image do this type of thing?
