does usals work with a clone dm500?

if i wanna try and use diseqc1.2 can some1 tell me how i do this im using pli jade?

do i still point the dish at south?

DM500s seem to be a bit hit n miss with usals/gotoxx...

My Dm500s works perfectly with usals but i've read loads of threads where people cant get it to work and have to manually store posistions.

To switch off the usals/gotoxx, when in the motor config menu (where you enter long/lat) remove the x from the 'use gotoxx function'

ok dave no sweet. can u tell me how to find my channels list on this? i download captain settings when i went into edit bouquets it says service removed. i cant work out how i get into the channel list to pick the channel? so im able to line my dish up

I dont use the any of the channel lists on PLis server they're all crap, and i dont think the captains settings are updated any longer.

I use either SGTFlipFlops settings, below ( the ones called 'multi' are for motorised set-ups)

Or use vhannibal settings - which are italian, but i use DBE to edit them.
