    Quad LNB

Afternoon all, I have just purchased a quad LNB, should this now make the second DMV500V8 box work which we are trying to setup or is there anything else which we need to do for us to enable to view two sat boxes in the same house? Would the satallite settings remain the same or would I need to tweek them for the box I'm going to set up and the box which is already working,

Also, would I have to watch the same stations which are been viewed by the first box, if so is there any way to change the settings so I can view different stations at the same time on the second box,

    Kind Regards,

If its a motorised set up only one box will drive the dish but once you are on any satellite you have to watch the channels from that satellite but you can watch different channels on each box.
So you can watch BBC1 on one box and C4 on another.

    Andy.
