I have strange problem with my DM500S, I set parental lock on some channels, now what is happening is when I put parental lock on some channels the next day these channels change from locked to unlocked, its like reset itslef. No one else know the parental pin and it only hapenning on certain channles I lcoked and not all channels that I locked. Any idea? I am thinkng of flashing the box, it is quite serious issue I have to sort asap.

I found why this is hapenning, I set a parental pin using the remote control. Set this pin on all adults channels and exported all channels using Dreambox Edit, now here the problem starts. Once I export all the channles the channels with pin lose the pin and become clear. This is strange because I thought when you export the channels it will export the pin set on the channel.

Adam, when exporting it should indeed export the pin along with it.. i have done this hundreds times before .. maybe a bug in the DBE ,, why not using the IHAD version and give it a shot

Thanks mate for reply, I will try reinsatll DBEdit and possibly reflash the box. Where do you get IHAD? is it form I had dream box forum?
