Problem flashing with Dreamup

Last week, i had a problem with my DM500s where after a reboot (because the box froze) when i plugged it back in it would get as far as the openpli boot screen then go to black and then flash between the boot screen and black screen.

Been trying to re-flash using dreamup, the DB connects fine and the flashloader is loaded, but when i flash the image after about a minute it stops and get an "aborted by user,exiting" error and dreamup closes.

I've tried four versions of dreamup on my pc and laptop but all the same...

Any ideas? or does it need jtagging.

Hi m8 I had the same issue a while back I had to use version 1.3.3.4 and it worked after the second attempt

I've already tried a 1.3.3.4 version....But i'll give that one ago just in case.Cheers
