500s bootup problem

13:17:38 OK, flash-copy succeeded

just flashed box with a backup img using dreamup and all seemed fine,but it is stuck with green light only no response from remote or manually pressing standby button.I have tried to flash erase and reflash but no joy do you think it will need to be jtagged?

getting the following message now after flashing with dreamup
ERROR, flash-copy failed (RC=6950912), box will be unusable now!!
