as the other guys say that message is normal no need to worry about that . just carry on and ignore it.

Your not going to get much help with a statemeant as broad as the one above. First thing i would say is google, the basics are out there on a lot of forums. Try to get an understanding of what the box does and how it works so when someone does give you some advice you know what they are talking about.
