how do i flash nfi file to dm 500. flashwizard does not recognise the file it says not a valid firmware file!

update- renamed file flashwizard says (not a valid firmware file).
dreamup says file to big! 21.836kb. has anyone got a link to a img file jade 3 please so i can try with that.

open the rar file and drag out to desktop

when i open it comes up with- winrar diagnostic message, unexpected end of archive. it will not let me drag it to desktop!

double cliked. cumes up with unknown format or damaged.drag &drop failed! if i try to fxp it over wot file do i put it in? if that would work?
