DM500 CCCam Internal Reader Settings

Hi all

Please can someone help me as I have been banging my head against a wall for days trying to find out how to get cccam to read a Card from the built in card reader.

I just need to know the /dev/?? for the reader.

Also What is the clocking speed for a sly legit card

I am not looking to card share I just want to be able to use a dm500 to record to my pc over network as the flats I live in only have a single feed and cannot add my own dish. Due to this the sky plus box will not work properly and sky will not supply me with one as I cannot give it a dual feed.

With a dual tuner Sly box you can turn off one of the tuners in the setup menu, in answer to your other question try something like this in your cccam.cfg

SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY: /dev/sci0 3570000
BOXKEY: /dev/sci0 12 34 56 78

Replace 12 34 56 78 with your actual boxkey
