.xml problem

hi guys.having problems.Thanks so far guys. Just so its clear here's what i've done:
1 flashed with nabilosat - all known transponders have been tried error message.
2 downloaded a satellites.xml file and put it into var/etc - got same error message
3 flashed with pli jade 3 - no lock or sync again
4 copied all files off my working box and put them on non working box when it had nabilosat --- same error again
5 tried erasing 3 times then reflshing - no luck

thanks in advance for any extra help
also,would my warranty be ok after ive flashed box,if i need to send it back.thanks

Do try to flash back your box using dreamup and using cable modem, do not use Flashwizard.
