Need Help -- what image and program i need to get SKY UK

need help.. im from uk. iv got a Dreambox 500s need to know what type of image i need and what software i need to load the image.. iv downloaded Dreamup to flash it. but dont know which Image to use. i was get the SKY uk channels..
i have downloaded Ddark2 and have got the ccam files to but dont know what next.
please can some one tell me how to get about programing the Dreambox 500s

It makes no difference which image you use as long its for the correct box. Darkstar image will be fine and if need assistance with flashing then you need to read the RED stickies. If you are coming from a cable background then you need to read the sticky below;
