DM500s loosing parental lock settings

Cant figure out this one guys......setup parental lock and changed the default pin to my own combination.Locked down all channels that i needed and even selected to hide locked services..just incase the kids started browsing around inside different bouquets etc.When the box is powered off and rebooted ,all locked settings are gone(back to being unlocked).Even deleted the boquet and locked the channels in the "all channels" red button menu.
Using the PliJade3 image........appreciate any help guys.

Had a similar problem a few years back. Re-do all your parental lock and hide lock settings again. But this time once you have finished reboot the box from the menu only once all settings are complete.

After that one menu reboot, it should hold the settings even after a power re-cycle.

No problem it works, I remember it was a PIA at the time for me also.
