DM500s channels sticking

having trouble with some channels on my 500s - basically the channels are sticking every 30 secods or so making it a pain to watch the footie!

SNR is constantly 89%
AGC jumps around 89% to 91%
BER jumps 3.3 to 3.4

anyone got any ideas?

my mates on the same server (i think) and his doesnt stick or jump, so not sure about the over subed server suggestion - pretty sure it wasnt raining, but thats a bit of an issue given that i'm in scotland!

If u think yous are on the same server ,Try his power adapter on yours mate to see if that fixes it,
