need help with DM500s freezing

need some advice with dm500s freezing
running pli jade 3 image freezing only happens on encryped channels have read somewhere freeing up space can help anyone tell me how to free up space in box

If you getting encryped chans through c/s server, more than likely the server is at fault and not your 500s!

Yes, The server will be at a fault if its only on the pay channels, If your getting FTA ok does it not seem strange the pay channels are only time it freezes, Use your nogin mate.

had the same problem with my 500,flashed with darkstar 2 and all ok now.
