dreambox permission denied

hi guys
i have dreambox 500s preinstall with new pli jade img on i cant connect to flseh ftp it says dreambox permission denied so im wondering can i change the unser name and password with tuxbox commander i can get into the sytem and edit the passwd but do not know whar lines i change i thank anyone for there help i can not connect with anything use most of the software around

if someone has changed the pass u cant m8 , u will have to install pli and m8 with dreamup
