    how to create a backup of dm500s

    hi guys, I have bought a dbox 500s recently and want to get SAME settings as one of my friend has on his dbox500s. Can some one please help me here and tell me how can I create a backup of all of his setting (a to z including firmware, ccam , rom, this and that) and then restore my new box with that file? can you please explain things and tell me the procedures with software required, as I am new here. Your help will be appreciated.
