Hi all, my setanta sports says service could not be found. Its is on 28.2 deg e .Can anyone help me get it back. Is it a matter of changing the freq. and if so how. many thanks

there are inactive services showing for me also, go to all services for 28e and you will find the working ones, if they are not there rescan the sat.

I take it that i should replace these freq. with the ones that i have.
Do i have to press anything after i have put them in coz im not sure

Yes, after you've scanned that transponder you'll need to delete the inactive channels and add the new ones to your bouquet/channel lists.

i have lost a few channels today also including sky premier and premier +1 done a rescan but still not working

hello my box arrives tomorrow and will be putting up my dish<sky fixed> can anybody give me a list of satellites and the right place to point it and maybe move it sometime

look at a neighbours $ky dish, that will give you a rough idea of where to point it for $ky or go here Satellite Finder / Dish Pointing Calculator with Google Maps | DishPointer.com
