got a 500s which is completely glitch free for all subscription channels, but movies premier and premier +1 are unwatchable due to pixelation and break up of picture - any ideas why only these two channels would give issues when all others are completely glitch free?

A rescan will pick them up
Did for me ,then just move them back to your movies bow k
Sky prem and sky thriller ,Back up and running
But prem +1 showing sky movies temp fault

you might have a dish alignment issue o LNB issue, meanng your unable to get a good signal on the new frequencies.Comment

I think it must be a software glitch
Went to the sat shop for him to try but no success
So Iam takeing it to where I got it from

have you tried a manual scan of the transponder..??
I've seen a few instances of this in the last few days..
Wonder if you are all on the same image..??
Try updating your satellites.xml file and rescan..
