Problem with motorised set up

Just installed a DM500HD to replace a Humax that I have used for years and this is connected to a 1m dish with H-H motor. With the old set-up, I am sure I was able to pick up the 0.8W satellite.

I have set this up as 'Simple', using USALS and entered the correct long/lat figures.

It move quite happily (and receives pictures) from 28.2E, 19.2E, 13.0E, 9E. However, if I try to move to 0.8W or 4.8E then I just get the picture of the satellite dish flashing on the screen, indicating that it is in the process of moving the dish.

My first thoughts are that the dish isn't aligned correctly, but, wondered if anyone else has any ideas for what could be wrong. The thing that confuses me is that I was able to receive from these sats with the old Humax set-up and nothing has been altered on the dish/motor!

If it's a Technomate motor, there is a green light under the motor. Should be a little hole next to it, use a papper clip or similar, push and hold for 10sec or so. The light will flash orange then will go solid green that should be it. Before you do this drive the motor to it's due south (zero) position.

You need a diseq 1.2 motor which runs best with this system.

Humax is a total different setup click menu, sat setup, satelite configuration, then choose many satelites via diseqc rotor this should do the trick.
